Happy

Here are a few things that are making me happy right now

-Finals/Our last full semester of school are over! Only two more online classes and I am done with my Bachelor's degree!

- Last weekend we went to Lake Powell with the Preo family. We had perfect weather no wind and sunny skies pretty much the whole trip. Pictures to come later I didn't have my camera so I will have to wait until someone else uploads some.

We probably listened to this song 50 plus times on this trip. It is one of the best dance songs ever. Even at 2 in the morning with Dash, Smeegs and I squished in the back seat we could not help but have a dance party. I don't know who could not be happy after listening to it. The video is pretty awesome too although it does make me sad an African team did not win the World Cup.

 - Coming home from Lake Powell was hard, but the fact that we are going back in ten days with the Mulcocks and the Schnieders definitely makes it easier!

- The news that one of these will be in fashion place mall in the fall makes me very happy!

-This is our book club book for May, I am almost done and loving it. Tina Fey is hilarious.

- Enjoying a rainy morning with husband eating pancakes with delicious coconut syrup

B&B

Last Thursday was the first meeting of our new book club with some DG friends.

This was our first book

It is a story about child traffiking in Nepal and a man's experience with trying to help all the orphaned children. I was a little skeptical after reading the back, but I really enjoyed it. It was a very genuine and inspiring story. It made me want to do more with my life and help people.

Brecken chose the book and organized the evening. We went to dinner at Himalayan Kitchen to try some of the food they talked about in the book.

It was such a fun night! I love all these girls and love knowing that we will be getting together every month.  Thanks for making this book club happen Chloee !

Favorite Cinderella Story

Matt and I watched Brady 6 the other night, it is a documentary about Tom Brady and the 6 quarterbacks that were taken before him in the NFL draft. His story is absolutely amazing.

This was the part of the show when he was got all choked up about his parents and his worries about not being taken in the draft. So tender.

I love Tom even more now! Matt who hates the Patriots with a passion (it's a strain on our relationship) says he hates Tom Brady less which is a huge step for him to admit. I think he secretly likes him but he will not admit it. If you like sports documentaries, or great stories about attractive athletes you should definitely watch this.
